Hi, Are the Presidium Gem testers accurate?? Have lots of vintage jewelry and don't know if the stones are real or just glass. How hard is the tester to figure out?? Are there other testers on the market??? I just got the hang of testing gold and silver items. Thanks for any info you can offer. JoAnn
