Hi - I have a question please. I was going to list this pin and thought it was hand-painted. When I got to looking at it I think it's enameled on (see metal ring surrounding front) Or maybe hand-painted then enameled? And the back is very rough. I see where it's had soldering, but I tried cleaning w/a silver cloth and that front edge of the pin has quite a bit of tarnish come off, but not so much the back of the pin. I guess it could be a lesser grade silver? what ki And the enamel part isn't a perfect finished circle, it looks cut out. Maybe it was a "kit"someone got for Christmas?
