Is there a list, anywhere, that tells where you can and cannot ship to jewelry to ~ and any restrictions? USPS hasn't been much help unless I'm missing the 'big list'. I'm expanding my shipping locations outside the U.S. and want to keep things legal. Would like to ship to at least Canada (say there's a $5 limit on jewelry but that sounds ridiculous...I must not be understanding it) and UK. Thanks for any info. Annie
