I would really like some ideas on this pin. What do you think it is? Its 1 1/2" in diameter. The material is paper that used to have eisenglass over it but the eisenglass broke. (You can still see a little eisenglass around the edge in some places) The outside edge metal looks like copper. (There are a few scratches in some places where you can see the copper.) There is dark blue enamel lines on the outside edge. Back has the old C clasp and looks like tin. Would you have any idea of the date by the hat the lady is wearing?
