a overlay ?? When I look at it from the side I see two layers, the top layer is the design and the bottom layer is solid black. I was thinking 90's or newer.The only markings are made in the Philippines and that is on the card that the clip earrings are on.The price tag is still on the necklace so I guess that makes it new old stock. Also any good keywords all I can think of is Egyptian Mummy Beaded Necklace.Thanks for all you help! Cheryl
