I posted this on pottery and glass before and got to thinking that maybe someone from here would know what this symbol is. I am almost positive it's a symbol I have seen before. And for some reason I am thinking a watch maker but I am just not sure. But it seems so fimilar to me, like something I have seen years ago in a department store.
