I'm just not sure.... Picked this up at GW today for 50 cents. It's very well made and has a memory wire sort of shape. I thought it might be an upper arm wrap but it doesn't really fit there, it looks odd, or maybe it's just my upper arm that's odd. Anyway, any ideas ? It's approx. 20" in length if it was stretched out. All prong set rhinestones. Do you think it's vintage ?
