This necklace is stunning ... the construction is high quality. I've found very little about Parco. Nothing in my books ... nothing at RCJ. Looks like 1950s in Rhode Island, but scant info. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!I am fairly certain that given a Cape and a nice tiara, I could save the world.
