The locket I am trying to figure out a little info on, to me it almost lookks like scrimshaw and painted. And the materail of the locket itself really has me baffled. The outside looks like silver or white gold but the inside is a real hookey looking fake gold or brass color. And the earring obviously stand for something I just don't know what. Any ideas. TIA
